I understand that my acceptance on this registration is authorization for use of the credit card on file for payment of my account for this and future stays. I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived, and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or other third party billed, fails to pay part or all of these charges.
I understand that Adiwana Hotels & Resorts is not responsible for money, jewels or other valuables that have been misplaced, stolen or left in guestrooms, meeting rooms, public areas, family and/or hotel vehicles. I agree to use the safe deposit box available in my room to keep any valuable belongings.
I consent to the collection, use, handling and disclosure of my personal information in accordance with the privacy policy at Adiwana Hotels & Resorts, and Adiwana sending me electronic communications so that Adiwana can:
(a) provide superior customer service;
(b) keep me informed of upcoming promotions and exclusive offers; and

I understand and agree to cooperate with the hygiene and safety procedures conducted by Adiwana to prevent transmissions of COVID-19 amongst guests and hotel staffs.
